Creative Writing (Gr. 4-6)

Service Description

The class will tap into students' natural creativity and help them utilize it to write short stories, plays, and poems. The class will cover how to brainstorm to create new ideas, develop unique characters, set up goals and obstacles to motivate their characters. Students will also read a variety of short stories by other authors to improve their understanding of good writing. Each student will complete at least five stories, along with at least one other genre, such as a short play or a poem. Please complete the registration form below.
